Flea treatment cost of service is $199 for indoor or outdoor treatment on its own. When indoor and outdoor treatment are combined into one visit, the cost is $350.
A technician first asks whether activity is indoor, outdoor, or both, since pets often bring fleas inside from the yard. The yard is inspected for hotspots and spot-treated up to half an acre, and if indoor treatment is needed, baseboards and cracks are treated first, followed by full floor and pet-area treatment.
The floor may feel slightly slippery immediately after an indoor liquid treatment. It dries within the time given for the treatment, and running fans or air movers can speed that process up.
A flea prep sheet is provided once the visit is scheduled, and the lawn should be freshly cut beforehand so treatment can reach where fleas are hiding. Indoors, floors should be cleared of toys and mats, pet bedding cleaned on a hot cycle, and the home kept vacant for approximately 2-3 hours while the product dries.
Both indoor and outdoor flea treatments include a free two-week follow-up visit, since flea eggs present at the time of the first treatment can hatch afterward. This follow-up allows any newly active area to be retreated.
