Originally had a bad initial experience, but communication and patience. Definitely went a long way. Everything was absolutely great very professional knowledgeable expressed concerns that I didn’t even notice needed to be addressed. I think I’m glad I made the change.

Eli came yesterday for our mosquito treatment. Eli was very polite and explained what he did to treat the mosquitos and what to look for in the future. He also was very efficient.

Green Shield swooped in ASAP -in less than 1.5 hours -after I called them to remove a huge wasp nest from our tree. Eli was professional and saved the day! Thank you!!!

Very happy with Green Shield Pest Pros and Devin. Came out day after I called. Would have came out same day. We were not home. Devin got the job done. No more yellow jackets. Devin was very professional. Clear explanation of what we had and how he was going to take care of the problem.

We had/have a large yellow jacket nest within our foundation wall. Eli applied the first treatment that killed off the majority of the nest, and returned to apply a second treatment as some of the nest had survived. Service and responsiveness was exceptional.

Called about what we thought was a hornet problem. They offered to come out same day. We were not able to be home. Devin came out next day. Informed us it was a yellow jacket issue. Devin answered all our questions and more about our issue. Very happy with Green Shield Pest Pros. Highly recommend for your pest problem!

Very friendly and professional service overall. The team was responsive, arrived on time, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Pricing was fair, the process was easy, and I felt confident the job was done right. I would definitely recommend Green Shield Pest Pros to anyone looking for reliable pest control service in the Columbus area.
